RYLA gives 16 and 17-year-olds the chance to build confidence, develop leadership skills, meet new people and take part in exciting team challenges.
You don't need any previous leadership experience.
We're interested in your attitude, your willingness to participate and your desire to develop yourself.

Application Review
Your application will be reviewed by the RYLA Wessex team and supporting Rotary clubs. We weill also have a short online chat with you

Confirmation
Successful applicants will receive information about their place and everything they need to prepare for the weekend. You'll be also ask to give us addition emergency contact information and consents

Attend RYLA
